At The Maharaja’s Key, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t as expected, we offer a simple and smooth exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange if the product meets the following conditions:
Exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Exchange is accepted for size issues, damages, or incorrect product received
Refunds are not provided; only exchange or store credit is available
Products Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Customized, altered, or tailored products

Products bought during special discounts or clearance sales

Items without original tags or packaging

Used, worn, or damaged products

Accessories (if applicable)
Exchange Process
1.Contact Us : Reach us through WhatsApp or Email with your order number.
2. Share Photos : Send clear pictures of the product showing its condition. This is required for quality verification.
3.Approval & Instructions : Once verified, we will approve your request and share the return address.
4.Courier the Product Back : Ship the product back to us in its original condition.
5.Dispatch of Replacement : After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement item within 2–3 working days.

In case of wrong item received or damaged product, we will cover the exchange shipping cost

For size exchanges, shipping charges may be paid by the customer depending on the location
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Share photos and unboxing video (if available)

We will arrange an exchange at no extra cost

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen brightness are not considered defects
