Orders & Shipping

Yes, COD is available on most orders. The availability may depend on your pincode.

Our delivery time is:

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (if available)

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

After dispatch, we send a tracking link on Email or WhatsApp. You can check your delivery status anytime using that link.

Currently, we ship only within India.
International shipping will be added soon.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original condition with all tags.

No, we do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges or store credit, depending on product availability.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Share photos of the product

  • We will arrange an exchange at no extra cost

Yes, you can cancel the order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.

Product & Sizing Help

We try our best to show accurate colors.
However, slight variation is possible due to:

  • Lighting during photoshoot

  • Screen brightness & display settings

This is normal and not considered a defect.

Each product page includes a size chart. You can also contact us on WhatsApp for personal size guidance.
